Terms of Service

This agreement is made by and between:

the woman: Olga Brouckova, hereinafter “Olga”

and

the [man/woman]: you;

This agreement and all interactions or transactions to which this agreement refers are within the private domain only;

This agreement regards career coaching services;

You agree to be responsible for your own actions, whether the services are provided in person or virtually, and for the consequences of how you apply any guidance and anything you learn from Olga;

You agree to be responsible for your own circumstances and feelings, and for how you apply any guidance and knowledge you may receive, and do agree not to make Olga or anyone else you may interact with as part of the services provided responsible for said circumstances or feelings, or for any consequences of such application;

We agree that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be resolved between us, with honour and honesty, governed only by law, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;

We enter into this agreement of our own free will.
