Privacy Policy

1. Scope & Application

This Policy applies to all interactions between Olga Brouckova (i) and men and women (clients) engaging in:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions and private discussions (online, phone, or in-person).
  • Group coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, and other group interactions and private discussions.
  • Written communications.
  • Knowledge and property shared.

It does not apply to third-party services (e.g., financial transaction processing companies and video conferencing platforms), which are governed by their own policies.

2. Data Collection & Use 

A. What Data Is Collected?

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number) – used solely for scheduling.
  • Career and personal background information (shared by clients to inform sessions).
  • Session notes.

B. How Is Data Stored?

  • i do not store your financial information.
  • Contact details are stored only long enough to facilitate appointments.
  • Session notes are kept securely as written notes or on a local device and can be deleted upon the client request.

C. Use of Cookies & Device Access

During online interactions, temporary cookies may be used for session stability (e.g., preventing mid-call disruptions).You can disable or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings.

3. Your Rights 

    Any information and compensation you provide to i, you do so in the private; i consider them as your property. i will respect your property and keep it private unless otherwise agreed.

    You have the right to:

    • Withdraw consent at any time, and all retained data will be deleted.
    • Request access to any stored personal information in the possession of i.
    • Request a full refund within the first 15 minutes if you are unsatisfied with the knowledge shared.

    4. Your Responsibilities

    All who apply the knowledge and property offered by i, do so as a man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said use.

     Compensation is given before time and/or property of i will be shared.

    5. Nature of Interactions

    • Any knowledge and property that i create, i hereby claim as property of i.
    • i do not offer any kind of advice; i am simply sharing my views. 
    • All interactions are on an “as is basis”, in the private.
    • Payment received is considered as compensation for labour and/or property of i.

    6. Changes to This Policy 

    i have the right to change this policy from time to time as i see fit and your continued use of the knowledge and property shared will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to this policy.
