About Dr. Olga Brouckova
Guiding you to a new business model for yourselfMy Story
You’ve worked hard, built a career, and checked all the boxes—but something still feels off. Deep down, you know you’re meant to do more. You have an idea of what you want to do, but your feet are not moving in that direction. I get it—because I’ve been there.
I’ve walked this path myself. After years of ignoring my inner guidance, I finally listened—and that decision changed everything. Embracing my life’s purpose—guiding high-performing men and women to their best work—was a process.
It all started 10 years ago, when I began teaching business and project management. Some of my students were in their 40s and 50s. They had a midlife identity crisis and felt trapped in careers they no longer found meaningful. They worried that their age limited their options. They were physically and mentally burned out, unfulfilled, and unsure how to make a midlife change without losing their income and stability.
I saw this pattern often enough that I decided to develop a doctoral-level framework—one that treats midlife career change like an advanced business case study. My framework is about designing a new business model for yourself—one that starts with some soul-searching, leverages your decades of experience, and is within your comfort zone so that you don’t give up before you find your flow.
As a Midlife Career Change Coach, I work with professionals in their 40s and 50s who feel trapped in careers that look fine on the outside but feel empty inside. They’re not looking for another corporate ladder to climb—they want freedom, autonomy, impact, and spiritual realignment with who they are.
I employ strategic thinking, psychological insight, and intuitive guidance to help you create a practical, risk-aware plan to guide you through your career pivot. I go deeper than resume tweaks, networking, or finding a new job—and I don’t recommend quitting everything at once.
What I Bring to the Table

I create inclusive spaces where students of diverse ages and backgrounds can explore their purpose and passions and think independently.
Strategy & Execution: Managing projects and helping organizations and individuals navigate change.
Broad Perspective: Prior to academia, I’ve worked in process improvement, marketing & communications, trade promotion, media, and a news agency.
Credentials: Doctorate in Business Administration, MA in English & American Studies, Project Management Professional (PMP).
But most importantly, I know what it’s like to do work that doesn’t feel meaningful—and I know how to move forward.
